Do BookFellas get paid?
You’ve been exposed to vatnik propaganda, haven’t you? Another reason to join NAFO and get your ruzzian propaganda inoculation ASAP!
But seriously, no. Believe it or not, neither NAFO Fellas nor BookFellas get paid. We do it because genocide-including cultural genocide-is wrong, and we want to stop it.
Where does the money from BookFellas stickers go?
There are hundreds of fundraisers, charities, and Go-Fund Me pages raising money for all manner of Ukrainian needs. We’ve personally donated to many of them. But just to be extra safe with YOUR money, BookFellas profits only go to vetted organizations and government-sponsored initiatives. Specifically, we only donate sticker proceeds to NAFO-approved charities
What books should I buy?
Check out our Authors We Love page for recommendations. You can get most of these through Amazon. For some, you may need to contact the publisher directly, and we’ve provided links.
Does it matter what country I’m in?
Nope. Well…sort of. CafePress only ships to North America and a few EU countries (for some reason). Redbubble ships just about everywhere, though it may take longer if you are outside Europe, since
their stickers print in Latvia. And, obviously, if you’re in an area of ruzzian-occupied Ukraine…well, we’re working on it.
**If you are an aid group running supplies to occupied areas, please Contact Us. We can get a few books to you for distribution to Ukrainians in occupied areas! Drives the ruzzians crazy!
As far where to leave books, no it doesn’t matter what country you live in or are visiting. There are BookFellas stickers available in FIVE languages (more coming soon), so you can choose whichever
version makes sense for where you are.
Is there an increase in glory directly proportional to an increase in danger?
Uh…sure, why not? That said, don’t get hurt or arrested! But yes…there is a bit of an unofficial contest to see who can leave a BookFellas book in the most audacious place. So far, the winner is: at the Russian Embassy in Washington, D.C. Think you can top that? Show us what you’ve got!
Are you the same thing as Book Fairies?
No, but we do essentially the same thing. And we’re for the preservation and dissemination of every kind of literature, everywhere. If you like the idea of leaving books about for people to find and enjoy, but don’t want to be limited as to which ones, you can become a Book Fairy by visiting their website. We fully support what they do, and many BookFellas are also Book Fairies.
I FOUND a BookFellas book! How can I show my appreciation?
Yay! Free book! No thanks necessary; just read it and pass it on to someone else.
But if you want to, you could take a picture of the book and where you found it. Then post your picture on social media with the hashtag #BookFellas and a message of thanks. We’ll see it.
Do you have any other BookFellas merchandise besides stickers?
Yes! BookFellas is branching out into PUBLISHING! BookFellas Journals are now for sale! BookFellas Journals feature original NAFO satirical artwork on the cover and 100 pages inside for you to fill with your own #wardiary. Each edition will feature a different collectible classic NAFO image on the cover. Each cover is available for a limited time only! Collect them all! Profits support our Ukrainian defenders.
NAFO and the Fellas fundraise for Ukraine’s defenders. Fellas all around the world combat disinformation in social media spaces. This journal features original NAFO meme artwork on the cover. Proceeds support Ukraine.

Is there an official BookFellas Library?
Yes! Unfortunately, for the security of our partners, we can’t tell you exactly where it is until after Ukraine’s victory. But if you are in the Langley area, look out for the BookFellas Little Free Library. Take a book (they are free!), leave a book, leave some loose change as a donation (all money goes to Ukraine, and every little bit helps), leave a message of love and support for our brave defenders!
