Lyanna Douglas is an anthropologist, playwright, poet, fiction writer, and essayist. She has been researching and writing about the Fae creatures of world folklore for twenty years, and her ‘speculative anthropology experiment,’ the World of the Sidhe, has spawned three books, numerous short stories, songs and poems, and several academic articles. When not conducting research in Tir Na N’og, she is a professor of English, anthropology and folklore.

Shannon Avery is a sifralogist and cultural anthropologist. She studies the culture, philosophy and history of the people known as the Sidhe and the humans who serve them. She is a professor of Celtic history and folklore in Ireland.
